Big Sheep fleeced of 22 kilo wool after running wild for seven years in Western Australia


Huge sheep that ran wild for seven years is finally captured and shorn – yielding an astounding 22kg of wool

  • The ram was caught last month after it wandered off when it was a lamb in 2015
  • Shearers removed 22.2kg of fleece from the woolly wether dubbed ‘Big Sheep’
  • The fleece will go on display and then given to local crafters that hand spin wool
