An ex-lover of a Birmingham MP wants her job back working with him in a ‘tiny room’ despite her claims of abuse of harassment, a tribunal has heard.

Elaina Cohen, 62, the former parliamentary aide of Labour MP for Birmingham Perry Barr Khalid Mahmood, 60, alleges she was unfairly dismissed by her old boss as she made serious criminal claims about a female colleague, which she says ‘were ignored by the MP’.
