Kyiv City Ballet plans its first U.S. tour in the fall.

With the war in Ukraine giving added symbolic resonance to the presence of Ukrainian culture on the global stage, the Kyiv City Ballet said on Tuesday that it would make its inaugural tour of the United States this fall.

Since February, the company has been in France, where it had a temporary residency at the Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris and performed charity concerts around the country to help Ukrainian civilians.
