Police raid John Lewis worker’s home to find nearly £34,000 of tech stolen from stockroom to be sold online

  • Lai Uong stole thousands of pounds worth of stock from retail giant John Lewis 
  • The 47-year-old stockroom worker sold the items he took while at his workplace in the Bluewater Shopping Centre brand near Dartford, Kent, on an online site 
  • Uong, from Gravesend, was jailed for over two years and told to pay £170 costs
