Johnny Depp fans were ecstatic when they found out the actor was reportedly set ‘to return’ to Pirates of the Caribbean after being dropped from the franchise in 2018.
However, it’s unlikely the star, 59, will be returning to his iconic role as Jack Sparrow as his official representative has spoken out on the report.
They have denied the claims that Depp has been in talks with Disney about a ‘$300 million deal’ and told NBC News: ‘This is made up’.
