A woman who collapsed with hypothermia during Sir Paul McCartney’s headline performance at Glastonbury on Saturday night said she ‘sobbed her heart out’ after missing most of the show.
Lisa Morris, 50, a self-described ‘superfan’ of Sir Paul, spent seven hours outside in front of the Pyramid Stage waiting for her hero to appear.
Mrs Morris, of Twerton, Somerset, says she felt herself ‘fading’ within 20 minutes of Sir Paul taking to the stage and had to be pulled from the crowd.
